Welcome to our beautiful organic farm "Nel nostro giardino", nestled in the heart of southern Sardinia near Cagliari. Embark on a sensory journey through the tranquil landscapes of Sardinia, guided by Ramona, a passionate local expert in wild herbs and traditional folk medicine. Strolling through vineyards, almond trees, olive groves and orange groves, you will discover the island’s hidden botanical treasures and the centuries-old wisdom behind their healing powers.

Ramona will gently guide you through the fascinating world of Sardinian herbalism, sharing stories, traditions and practical knowledge passed down through generations. You will learn to recognize wild herbs, understand their emotional and physical benefits and discover how they have been used in rituals, remedies and daily life.

To conclude the experience, enjoy a relaxing “merenda” – a traditional Sardinian snack – paired with a freshly brewed herbal tea. As a little gift, take home your own handmade “mazzetti”, a scented bundle of wild lavender that will remind you of your stay in Sardinia.

Who is Ramona - Your Guide

After more than 30 years of working as a freelance organizational psychologist specializing in sustainable local human development, Ramona has embarked on a new journey. Originally from Liguria, she has traveled and worked in many places around the world, but it was Sardinia that captured her heart.

Having fallen in love with the raw beauty of the island and its deep-rooted traditions, she decided to settle here and build a life inspired by connection: with the land, with others and with inner growth.

Passionate about social innovation, art and culture, permaculture, slow living and longevity, Ramona now shares her knowledge and spirit through meaningful experiences that are rooted in nature and folk wisdom.

She believes in the power of reconnection, both within and between people, and invites you to be part of this process.

Enjoy a quiet and unhurried walk lasting about two hours, ideal for those who want to get in touch with nature at a relaxed pace.

Tip for summer visitors: To take advantage of the cooler temperatures, we recommend booking your walk in the morning or late afternoon during the summer months.

Getting to In Our Garden from Cagliari: easy and car-free! You can reach us comfortably and sustainably by public transport - no car needed!

Starting point: Catch the bus right in front of Cagliari train station (with other stops along the coastal road).

Bus route: Take the PF line towards Terra Mala.

Travel time: about 30 minutes.

Where to get off: Stop at bus stop no. 475, located on Via Leonardo da Vinci, near the intersection with Via Lago di Varese (in the village of Marina Residenza).
